Mr. Benkendorf joined Vontobel Asset Management, Inc., in October 1999 in trade support. After being promoted to trader in 2000, Mr. Benkendorf became a research analyst in 2002 and moved into portfolio management in 2006 as co-portfolio manager of Vontobel’s European Equity Strategy. In 2008 Mr. Benkendorf continued to grow in his portfolio management role becoming lead portfolio manager of European Equity and co-portfolio manager of Global Equity and in 2010 became co-portfolio manager of the Vontobel U.S. Equity Strategy ultimately becoming lead portfolio manager in 2012. As a co-architect of Vontobel’s quality growth philosophy and style and proven success in managing Vontobel’s strategies he was named Chief Investment Officer in March 2016. Mr. Benkendorf received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in finance from the University of Denver.

Mr. Walczak joined Vontobel Asset Management, Inc., in July 1988. Mr. Walczak has held a management position on the U.S. Equity Strategy since its inception. Prior to joining Vontobel, from 1984 to 1988, Mr. Walczak worked as an institutional portfolio manager at Lazard Frères Asset Management, and from 1982 to 1984, he was an institutional relationship manager at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. Mr. Walczak began his financial career in 1978 at the Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan and General Motors Corporation, New York, where he held successive positions as a financial analyst until 1982. He has made numerous media appearances, including Wall Street Week, CNN, and Bloomberg and in various publications, such as Forbes, Smart Money and the Wall Street Journal. He received an M.B.A. in finance and an M.A. in international politics and economics from Columbia University, and was an International Fellow in Columbia Graduate School. In addition he received a B.A. (Phi Beta Kappa) in government from Colby College.

Mr. Hansen joins Vontobel from Deutsche Bank where he began in 2005 as an Analyst covering Real Estate Investment Trusts. He was promoted to Associate in 2008 covering the home building and building product sector and was promoted to Vice President in 2012. Mr. Hansen began his career in 2004 at IBM as a financial markets consultant. He received his B.S. in Finance and Corporate Reporting and Analysis from Boston College in 2004. Mr. Khachatryan joined Vontobel Asset Management, Inc. in March 2015 as a research associate, and became a research analyst in March 2016. In his role, Mr. Khachatryan assists the CIO and portfolio managers in stock selection, focusing primarily on companies in the Industrial sector on a global basis. Prior to joining Vontobel, during 2014, Mr. Khachatryan worked at Nasdaq, Armenia as a research associate intern. He received a Master’s degree in finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University, and he received a B.A. in economics from Yerevan State University, Armenia.

Prior to joining Vontobel Ms. Chau worked as an Equity Research Summer Associate for William Blair & Company (Summer 2016). Ms. Chau previously held positons as a finance consultant at Ackotec Plating LTD (2014-2015) and as a Manager, Capital Projects Business Planning and Performance Measurement at Barrick Gold Corporation (2012-2014). Ms. Chau began her financial career as an Associate, Audit and Assurance Services and then as a Manager, Corporate Tax at PricewaterHouseCoopers, LLP (2006-2012). She received a Bachelor of Mathematics and Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo in 2008 and 2009, respectively. Ms. Chau received her MBA from the Yale School of Management in 2017.
